Pair the setting next to the pools with the elegant surroundings of the Four Season for the breakfast buffet at Verandah. Pick up entrees such as an egg white frittata, buttermilk pancakes dripping with Vermont maple syrup or Pannettone French toast or go with something a bit heartier such as house-smoked Atlantic salmon with Bermuda onions, capers, tomatoes, cream cheese and a bagel or Huevos Rancheros. You can even get homemade donuts made the way you like with toppings. Dig in to this brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

SimonSimon Palms Place 4381 W. Flamingo Road 702-944-3292 Probably the most fun brunch in Vegas comes at the hands of Kerry Simon at his eponymous restaurant at Palms Place. You’ll have fun overlooking the pool area, but you’ll have even more if you arrive in your pajamas, a proclivity encouraged here. Buffets serving up fresh sushi, pressed paninis and a raw bar will fill you up. Order off the menu for eggs Benedict, French toast crusted with cornflakes and topped with blueberries, buttermilk pancakes or the breakfast pizza with egg, ham, bacon, cheese and gravy. You can make up your own bloody Marys for $11 or just order unlimited Champagne ($17) or Black Star Beer ($10). Save room for the Junk Food Platter, a carnival of Simon’s renditions on Snowballs, Hostess cupcakes and Rice Krispie bars. Dine her from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sundays for just $39.50.
