Lauren and Whitney both garned spots on Women's Health magazine's Best Summer Bodies of 2010 list.
Lauren:
For this designer and author, working out and eating right isn’t just about being in shape—it’s about upping her energy level too. With the help of trainer Jarett Del Bene, she gets trim and toned with high-intensity boxing and 60-minute circuit training sessions three days a week. She also sticks to six small, healthy meals throughout the day (limiting herself to 1,500 calories total) to help prevent snack attacks.

Whitney:
The star of The City hits the gym three times a week for a get-fit formula of squats, lunges, and circuit training. (The cardio part of the equation? A 25-minute walk to the gym…and a 25-minute walk back.) She stays away from fried foods, but keeps cool with one particularly sweet treat: frozen yogurt.
