At the New York City launch of this year's Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition, the Russian stunner wore a strapless YSL cream dress, the perfect neutral outfit to set off her de Grisogono necklace, cocktail ring and drop earrings, all in scintillating black diamonds. Her jewels alone were worth more than a million dollars.
The previous day, Irina made an appearance at the David Letterman Show, posing outside the CBS Studios in a striking mustard dress, fur overcoat and de Grisogono jewelry (below). She chose a cabochon rubellite and diamond ring and emerald and diamond briolette earrings, valued at over half a million dollars.
