Sexy AnnaLynne McCord and her sister Angel recently enjoyed a day at Miami, Florida South Beach.

The sexy pair got some beach ball practice in, on their way to the ocean waves.

With a parasail floating up behind them, the girls practice their moves on the white with yellow strip beach ball.

The two sisters enjoyed getting wet in the ocean weaves in their very tinny, sexy string bikinis.

Both sisters looked well toned in multi pattern sexy string bikinis.

AnnaLynne McCord from TV Series 90210

AnnaLynne McCord plays that naughty vixen Naomi Clark on the television series 90210.

She also created a clothing line with her sisters under The Sisters 3 label to help fund her charity work.

Belly Dance Workout

In an interview with Shape magazine, AnnaLynne McCord revealed that she enjoys belly dancing to stay in shape rather than working out at the gym.

In fact, she uses a series of videos from a pair of hot Egyptian twin belly dancers Neena and Veena that she discovered at the library. McCord has incorporated many of the belly dancers routines into her own work out routine.

The belly dancers Neena and Veena have combined India hip hop (bhanga), yoga, matial arts and belly dancing into a unique work out series of videos that strengthens your entire core - abs, lower back, and hips.
