My favorite Philippine singer, Miss Regine Velasquez and her Extreme Babouche Hole Pumps, the most talked about shoe in the Fall of 2006. The patent leather shoe features a turned-up toe, a "Tongue" piece at vamp and heel back, and a "Hole" in the heel emphasized by the absence of an insole.
