Brody Jenner and his girlfriend Avril Lavigne attended the wedding of Kim Kardashian on Saturday (20th August 2011) dressed in matching black outfits. Jenner, who is the step brother of Kim, wore a smart black suit while his rocker girlfriend opted for a black maxi dress, reports the UK's Daily Mail.

Brody, whose father Bruce gave Kardashian away at the lavish ceremony in Montecito, California, had tweeted of his preparations for the wedding. He told followers, "Getting a nice 10K run in before the long drive up to the wedding. Congrats, Kim. Love you". However, Jenner also alluded to his partying plans for the bash, tweeting, "Oh yeah.And it's my birthday at midnight. Raging tonight!" Kim's brother Rob Kardashian appeared to approve of the message, re-tweeting it before adding, ". we are gonna Rage!!!". Brody and Lavigne, who have been dating for over a year, may have wedding plans of their own. Jenner's mother Linda Thompson recently told E! Online of Avril, "She's an amazing young woman and I feel really fortunate that she's in our lives". When quizzed on whether she thinks they'll be together forever, Thompson replied, "I actually do yeah".

Looks like Brody Jenner did not receive the inside scoop on step-sister Kim Kardashian‘s engagement to Kris Humphries. He found out the exciting news with the rest of the world this morning!
“My sister is engaged? Hahaha I had no idea!!.. Crazy being in such a big family.. Congrats @Kimkardashian love you. Let’s celebrate soon” Brody Tweeted earlier today.
He also directed a special message at Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian
“@KourtneyKardash @khloekardashian Why don’t you guys ever fill me in? Haha no text or anything?” he quipped on Twitter, and his sisters were apologetic.
“I thought kim would have?! LOL I die for u! “@BrodyJenner” Khloe Tweeted, followed by, “Yes @BrodyJenner our family is getting way too big! LOL let’s all celebrate together!”

Avril Lavigne’s new album, Goodbye Lullaby, is finally in stores and she celebrated its release last night (March 8) with boyfriend Brody Jenner, his step-sister Kim Kardashian and her latest boyfriend, Kris Humphries. Also turning out to show his support was Avril’s dad. They all posed for photos with the singer, who looked rocker chic with green hair that complimented her Dad's and Brody's neon ties perfectly.
