Las Vegas and its relationship with anything that has ‘bling’ is indeed legendary, and been a part of the place since it was created. The latest episode to prove that was the $15,000 steak knife, encrusted with 5 carats of diamonds which was unveiled in the presence of Gavin Rossdale and his band members. The restaurant which bought out this special piece of cutlery was STK House, and high-end steak house, bar & restaurant in Las Vegas. Looks like the good ol’ steak just got ‘blinged’.
When we had shown you Lorenzi’s Horn Steak set, we were hoping to bank on the artistic factor of the exclusive cutlery set, but this one is sure an exclusive one. Created by Jason’s, this otherwise regular steak knife has been given a diamond encrusting worth 5 carats in weight. This means there are plenty and it must have been quite the task crafting it together on such a limited amount of space (the knife handle alone). Recently, they managed to unveil this cutlery in the presence of Gavin Rossdale and his Bush band members, were in their savoring the restaurants famous beef and tuna tartar, seafood platters, King Crab and Dover Sole. Gavin himself was savoring the Waygu beef fillet, as pictured above.
However, we were just wondering if the restaurant allowed you to take back one of the editions of this special steak knife. With the pricing, the takers would be limited anyways, and it won’t be a surprise to see if it does end up becoming the most expensive in the world as well.
