Julien's Auctions offers Bono’s Irish Falcon Gretsch guitar for music lovers

Just the appearance of the name Bono and all has their attention to whichever item it may be, related to the singer-performer. Julien Auctions will now divert every music lover’s attention, especially rock music lovers, towards a green Gretsch Irish Falcon which is set to go on auction, at an event which shall have many such historic items meet a similar fate. Personally signed with a marker by Bono, this guitar has many customizations which were opted for by the rock star for his performance.

Just like the man himself, this guitar has several parts which ooze of the royalty and taste of style signature to Bono. The custom created green body paint, golden scratch board with black lettering of ‘The goal is soul’, with the maple wood construction of the body with ebony fingerboard, make it a great piece of art than just an instrument. The Gretsch G-Cadillac tailpiece and high-sensitive Tron pick-ups add to the great technical prowess of the instrument, the sound from which perhaps cannot be described in common terms.
For those that may not have noticed before, this guitar was used by Bono to perform a number of hit songs like ‘One’ and ‘Walk On’, with the band U2. Together with the craftsmanship of its vitals and accessories like the black strap and certificate of authenticity, this guitar will sure be on the radar of every fan of the star and the U2 band.
